About the course: Customer service determines how people experience your company. In this personal engagement lies the proof of the pudding and gives the company a chance to stand out and get ahead of the competition. But what is the key to making customer service not just good but great? And what do you do when the customer is not so happy or even difficult?
Teacher: María Ellingsen, actress and leadership trainer, approaches customer service from the theater standpoint where how you present yourself and how you communicate plays a central role.
Time and date: 11th of June, from 9:00 to 13:00.

Note! The course will only be held if there is sufficient participation.
In the morning, we will learn basic performance skills that will boost your self-confidence and increase your self-awareness. Then we look at customer service from a new angle. What is the play? What role do I play? And how can I make this into a blockbuster show that is fun to perform? We then of course rehearse it so that you get to try different roles and different points of view.
In the afternoon we add to the toolbox with learning active listening and train how to use it to improve communication, especially in tough situations.
Preparation Before the workshop it would be great if you kept your eyes open to examples of when things go well and not so well in your own customer service. And make a note of it when you experience customer service that you think is outstanding. When we meet, we will share these to see what we can learn.
After this workshop you will have tools to make your passion for great customer service into reality. And methods to make your toughest client into the most loyal one.
